Wow. My age really shows in this photo. And that extra weight. And it’s not the lighting or the angle, those are both pretty good. This is really what people see when they look at me.

I really get why Churchill burned his portrait. It was sad because it was extremely well done. I didn’t fully get it before, but now I do.

John Lithgow did a great job as Churchill. He’s a good actor. Oh! He’s in Bombshell, too! I should go see that. Those are both pretty serious roles. Isn’t he more of a funny actor? What else is he in?

Harry and the Hendersons… what else?

Dexter. Who was he in Dexter? Was he a bad guy? I can’t remember. Seems like that was a serious role.

Who names their kid Lumen? What kind of a name is that? I think it means “light” or something.

Lenore means light. I named my kid that. And my candle company. Kind of fitting for a candle company. Who knew? I wish I could tell people I did that on purpose.

That Hanks kid was in Dexter, too. What’s his name? Jonathan? No… that’s not right. I’ll have to look that up later. He was definitely a bad guy. Was he the Icebox killer guy? No, that doesn’t sound right. That was the first season. He came in later…. Or did he?

Was he the one Dexter staged a suicide on? Man, that was wild. He even made sure the knife angle was correct. Blood spatter analyst is a pretty good job for a serial killer.

Did his dad teach him how to be a good serial killer? His name was Harry, right? What a wild ride. My dad never encouraged any of my dreams. What a guy, Harry.

What is that Hanks kid’s name?? I remember thinking that he looked like Tom Hanks before I knew that was his son…

I have all the villains and seasons mixed up. I need to rewatch that. Except for the ending. What a stupid ending.

I’m pretty sure Mr. Martin is going to die of old age before he finishes the series. And then they’ll have to hire someone to mimic his writing style to finish it.

Like they did with The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series. That new author is pretty good. Very good, actually. With any luck, they’ll replace George R. R. Martin with the screenwriters who butchered the last season. I bet Stephen King could write it in an afternoon.

I need to reread those. I don’t remember where I left off, so I might as well start over.

Maybe I could start now! But I’m so comfortable… What time is it? If I go to sleep now and stay asleep the whole time I’ll get exactly five hours and twenty-four minutes of sleep.

I should take something. But if I do I’ll be groggy in the morning. Maybe I could just take half? Yeah, I’ll just take half.

How many more doses of Tamiflu do I have left? Two? Yeah, definitely two. Only two more nights of insomnia.
